Blood Test Appointment - Betsi Cadwaladr University Health Board

Appointments are available Monday - Friday from 10am to 2pm

Please note you will need to collect your blood forms from either the surgery or the hospital department that has asked for the bloods prior to your appointment. The phlebotomist will not be able to complete your blood test without the blood forms.
