Appointments

Consultations are by appointment and these can be booked over the telephone on 01745 812689 or in person at the surgery.  Routine, advance appointments can also be requested via email but not for urgent appointments.

We have appointments that can be booked up to 8 weeks in advance and also slots available for book on the day appointments.

On the day appointments: these are available to book from 8.00 am.  

Urgent Appointments: - If you need to be seen urgently please contact the surgery on the day.  You will then be triaged and offered a same day appointment if required.

Under 16's: All children under 16 years of age with an acute presentation will be offered a same day consultation.

Appointments are 15 minutes and for one person and one complaint only.

In a number of cases it might be worth considering an appointment with either our Advanced Nurse Practitioner or Practice Nurse rather than a Doctor. They are qualified to deal with many ailments.

Cancellations

If you cannot attend an appointment for any reason please inform us as soon as possible in order for us to give the slot to someone else.
