Temporary Registration

If you are need GP treatment while away from home you can sign on with us for up to 3 months as a temporary patient, as long as your registered surgery is not within the local area. 

This will allow you to be on the our practice list and still remain a patient of your permanent GP. After three months you will have to return to your usual GP Surgery or permanently register with us if you have moved to the area on a permanent basis.
